Switzerland Tourism found itself faced with the challenge of looking after the winners of an international competition from 9 countries. The group, consisting of guests from countries as diverse as China, Rumania and Germany, had to be looked after and motivated for a whole two weeks.
The complexity of the exercise required an expert with proven social competences, as well as a wide knowledge of Switzerland and foreign languages, and who worked with passion and commitment. We found the ideal person for this in Otto Duranti of Executive Events GmbH. Mr Duranti succeeded in making a homogeneous, integrated party out of a heterogeneous multi-cultural group of travellers. He motivated them and took excellent care of them at all times throughout a really demanding travel programme.
We are very satisfied with the services provided by Executive Events GmbH, can recommend the Agency and Mr Duranti most warmly and will certainly use their services again for similar projects.

Many thanks for the successful evening organised by Executive Events. The Lucerne Voyage Culinaire was a unique experience for all participants with the gastronomic Team Olympics as a highlight, and the entertaining wine presentation, as well as the sound knowledge of Lucerne town, so entertainingly passed on to us by the guides from Executive Events. In particular we very much enjoyed the information concerning the Lucerne guilds in medieval times related to us by Otto Duranti.
For us and for our clients, the whole evening was a complete success, and we can recommend it to every company. We shall certainly repeat this and be in touch with you again.

On behalf of our employees, I would like to thank you for the excellently organised event. The original entertainments programme and the wonderful food co-ordinated perfectly with the atmosphere and, together with the eye to many careful details, ensured a successful and unique experience. The excellent supervision and the activities for both small and adult guests provided lots of fun and made the day a real „family day" - even the fog didn't manage to dampen our spirits! Hearty thanks to Executive Events for organising the supporting programme for our annual conference. Together with our network partners we celebrated the 150th anniversary of Swiss Life on the Stanserhorn. With over 100 participants from all over the world, the event presented an organisational challenge, which was mastered admirably by Executive Events. Even when looking for a hotel for the 3-day event, we were able to count on the help of Executive Events, and the location for the conference in the Hotel Palace Lucerne was highly praised by our guests.
