The federal capital Bern is the seat of the Swiss government and was founded in 1191. As a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Bern is a popular seminar and conference destination in Switzerland. An ideal meeting point between the German- and French-speaking parts of Switzerland for conferences, client, and employee events. It has its own international airport. Bern offers numerous possibilities for original supporting and activity programs as well as special trendy venues.

The Alpine region is reachable from Bern Airport in 50 minutes. It offers unique year-round event and incentive highlights. The world-famous Jungfrau region (4,158 m a.s.l.) with the 007 Schilthorn (2,970 m a.s.l.), Grindelwald (1,034 m a.s.l.), the numerous four-thousand-meter peaks of the Alps, the Lauterbrunnen Valley, and Kandersteg create a true Swiss atmosphere for participants. Interlaken is the ideal starting point and offers international conference and hotel infrastructure. The Brienzer Rothorn with its steam train, the turquoise-blue Lake Brienz and Lake Thun with the Beatus Caves and Mount Niesen, as well as the historic town of Thun and the vineyards & castles of Spiez or Oberhofen, are further worthwhile destinations. The famous Saanenland with Gstaad (1050 m a.s.l.), known among the rich and beautiful of the international jet set, is one of Switzerland’s absolute top incentive destinations with its own airport in Saanen, hot air balloon rides, and international happenings.
